Welcome to Vinita Apte Coaching (vinitaapte.com). By booking a coaching session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Services & Professional Disclaimer

Not Therapy: As your Relationship & Transformation Coach, my role is to support, encourage, and guide you with empathy and clarity. I am not licensed as a therapist and do not attempt to provide a diagnosis or treatment. I am not a licensed psychologist, counselor, or therapist in India, the U.S., or any other country.

No Legal Testimony: I cannot provide documentation, statements, or testimony for legal or court-related proceedings, including divorce petitions, custody cases, or other legal matters.

Modality: I offer a coaching space that integrates tools like coaching conversations and Hypnotherapy to help you make meaningful shifts in your life.

2. Formats & Scheduling

You can choose from the following formats: 

• A one-time session, 
• 6-session package (recommended for deeper transformation work).
• 8-session package (recommended for deeper transformation work).
• 10-session package (recommended for deeper transformation work).

Sessions must be booked directly through the live calendar link provided on this website, where you can view real-time available slots. Sessions are conducted primarily via video (Google Meet). Phone sessions will only be used under exceptional circumstances and by prior agreement.

3. Payment & Booking Confirmation

• I confirm a session only after full payment is received.
• I do not reserve slots without payment. If payment is delayed, the slot may be offered to another client.
• You can always check availability and book the next session once payment is made.

4. Communication Between Sessions

You are welcome to share updates or quick check-ins via WhatsApp (+91 9923731274) or email me at vinita@vinitaapte.com between sessions. However, full coaching support will be offered only during the scheduled sessions.

5. Hypnotherapy Consent & Scope

• As part of your coaching experience, I may offer Hypnotherapy as a modality to support deeper emotional release, reprogram limiting beliefs, or inner child healing. Hypnotherapy sessions are conducted with your full consent and are always optional.
• Hypnotherapy is a complementary modality, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
• I am trained and certified to use hypnosis for personal development and emotional healing within the scope of coaching.
• You have the right to decline or stop any hypnotherapy process at any time without any judgment or penalty.
• Any emotional material that surfaces will be held with care, and we will work gently within your emotional readiness.

6. Package Validity (Applicable for packages of 6, 8, or 10 sessions)

To support consistency, accountability, and meaningful progress, coaching packages must be completed within the validity period specified below:

• 6-Session Package: Valid for 3 months from the first session.
• 8-Session Package: Valid for 4 months from the first session.
• 10-Session Package: Valid for 5 months from the first session.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their sessions within the applicable validity period.

Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

Requests for extensions will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and will be granted solely at the coach’s discretion.

7. Punctuality Policy

Each session is allocated a strict 50–60-minute time slot. If you join the session late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The session duration will not be extended to compensate for late arrivals.

• All e-books, worksheets, courses, and digital materials purchased through this website are the intellectual property of Vinita Apte.

• Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal development use only. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or use these materials for commercial purposes or group distribution without explicit written consent.
