Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Vinita Apte Coaching. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds before purchasing a session or package.
1. Single Session Rescheduling and Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
- For reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
- In the event of an emergency, I may offer one-time flexibility at my sole discretion.
2. Package Rescheduling and Cancellations (6, 8, or 10 Session Packages)
- Clients may reschedule a session by providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Sessions canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered used and deducted from the coaching package, except in cases of genuine emergency.
3. Refund Policy
- Packages: Coaching packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
- Forfeiture: Unused sessions remaining after the package expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

4. Digital Products and Online Courses (E-books, Worksheets, Courses)
- Immediate Delivery: Digital products, downloadable worksheets, and online course access are delivered to you instantly upon purchase.
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate digital nature of these products, all purchases of e-books, worksheets, and courses are 100% non-refundable and Non-exchangeable. Once access or a download link is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
