1:1 Coaching
Individual coaching is a joint process between you (coachee) and me (coach). I will provide personalized support and guidance for the goals you want to achieve through coaching.
In my 1:1 coaching program, I work closely with women over 30 to address specific relationship challenges and emotional wounds.
You can book an in-person or an online coaching session per your requirements.
I offer a safe space to heal, rebuild, and transform. Our sessions are tailored to your unique needs, and together, we’ll develop strategies to help you:
- Heal from the emotional trauma of divorce, breakups, or toxic relationships.
- Overcome feelings of unworthiness and rebuild your self-esteem.
